- Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. We typically need 1-3 business days to prepare and pack your items for shipment. We will notify you by email if there are any unusual delays.
- Shipping Areas: We currently ship only within the United States. Please note that we do not ship to U.S. military bases or offer delivery to multiple addresses in a single order.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery time includes our processing period (1-3 business days) plus transit time (4-7 business days). Please note that during busy seasons or special promotions, delivery may take a little longer.
- Shipping Cost & Carriers: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. We partner with trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS to ensure your package arrives safely. The cut-off time for same-day order processing is 6:00 PM PST.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your package has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@lesskicks.com.
- Taxes: All prices listed on our website already include any applicable sales taxes. We handle the remittance of these taxes to the relevant authorities, so the price you see at checkout is exactly what you pay—no extra tax charges.
- Delivery Delays & Missing Packages: While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check your delivery location and with your neighbors. If the issue persists, please contact the carrier directly and then our support team for assistance.
- Ensuring Accurate Addresses: Please double-check your billing and shipping address when placing your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we must receive the returned items before we can process a refund or reshipment.
